Vacation Pet Care Visiting Policies:

We do a minimum of 2 "regular" (30 min) visits per day for dogs (up to 4 visits a day). There are no additional pet charges, but for multiple pet house holds, it's best to do longer (see left side for options) &/or more visits per day in order for the pets to all have adequate attention.

If your pet or home needs more time then scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you, since we charge for our time.

*For the safety of your cats, we do no less than one 30 min visit per day (up to 2).

For our 2x/day dog visits, our visiting hours are between 6-9am/pm (we start before/after those times during our peak periods), spaced 12 hours apart & we schedule our visits according to location so we're not driving back and forth.

For our 3x/day dog visits, the 1st visit is between 6-9, then the 2nd visit can either be a mid-day visit between 12-3 (3rd visit would be between 7-10pm) or an early evening visit between 4-6 (3rd visit would be between 8:30-10:30pm).

For our 4x/day dog visits, the 1stvisit is between 6a-8, 2nd visit between 11-1p, 3rd visit between 4-6p, 4th visit between 8:30-10:30pm.

For our 1x/day cat visits, the visits are scheduled according to location. So some days, our visits will be in the morning, some days in the afternoon, etc. We've never had any kitty complain!

For our 2x/day cat visits, our am visit is done between 6a-11a & the evening visit is 8-12 hours later.

We charge strictly for our time. Please schedule adequate time to provide the services requested.If your pet or home needs more time then scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you. Yard pickup, watering and other average tasks are included in base price. More difficult tasks are $5 per each additional 15 minutes.

In Town Pet Care Visiting Policies:

For our clients that are in town, but need us while they're at work, we need at least a 2 hour window (preferably longer, if possible for the visit (11-1 & 12-2 is fully booked). We will make exceptions for pups under 1 year old & go with a 1 hr window for the visit.

PUPPIES!

* Puppies will require more frequent visits; a common rule is: a puppy can usually wait to potty as many hours as months old he is, i.e. if a puppy is 3 months old, he can generally wait no longer than 3 hours at a time to potty.

Our holiday availability is limited so book early (we start getting reservations a year in advance!).

Pet Sitting

In addition to making sure your pets have fresh food, water, and any necessary medications, we will play with them, walk the dogs or just play catch in the yard, cuddle with the kitties, give them tons of TLC and attention, and will accommodate their normal schedules as much as possible. We will also bring in mail and newspapers, flyers, packages, alternate lights/curtains, turn on/off the tv/radio for the pets' comfort, perform security checks (walking through your home assessing entry points, drains, faucets, furnace, electrical), and make your home look "lived in." Visiting hours are between 7am-9pm (hours are increased during our busy holiday times).

Dog Walking

Perfect for dog parents who work all day, who are physically unable, or just don't have enough time. Dogs tend to get bored, restless, and even sometimes destructive when left alone all day. We can break up your dog's day by taking him on a nice neighborhood walk. When finished, we will give him a fresh bowl of water, treat, and a hug and kiss. You will always come home to a happy pup!

Home Care/House Sitting

For those who don't need pet care, but would like the comfort of knowing their home is safe and secure while they're away. Visit can include the following: bringing in mail and newspapers, alternating lights, security checks (walking through your home assessing entry points, drains, faucets, furnace, electrical), and making your home look "lived in". These services are free during regular pet care visits.

Bridge of Light Service
When the time comes and you can not be there to make your pet's final journey to the veterinarians office, we can be there to make that last trip for you. We will be there to hold and comfort your beloved pet so that they can be in familiar arms when they peacefully say good-bye one last time. There is NO charge for this service and you must make all the necessary arrangements with your veterinarian. This service is for established customers only.

Do you have a unique product, service or special skill to offer? If so we may be able to offer our services in trade for yours. Some things that may interest us include: Manicure/Pedicures//Personal Training, Yoga Instruction, Advertising; Gift cards to restaurants, shopping centers (all services must be performed by a professional)
